Camille Pawlak

Product Design Engineer

Hi! I'm Camille, a 28-year-old product design engineer based in Paris, designing before I even knew it could be a job. For eight years I've designed products like Allo, Fruitz and Staycation, and now I build them too. A developer by training who moved to design for the creativity, I take products full cycle, from definition to production, shipping to prod myself.

Off the clock, a retired pixel artist who never really stopped making things. A countryside kid who chased the action to Paris, probably headed abroad next. Big on racket sports, never miss an F1 race, and somehow ended up owning a horse?!

    AlloThe Mobile-First Company

Founding product designer on an AI phone system reinventing how sales teams work the phone, from voice agents to call insights. I own product topics from research and design systems to shipping straight from code across web and mobile, AI-augmented at every step. Took it from 0 → 1, helped raise a $15M seed, and grew past $2M ARR in a year, now trusted by 3,000+ businesses running 1M+ calls a month.

Senior product designer on Europe's leading Gen-Z dating app, €10M ARR, acquired by Bumble. Led a full rebrand and owned the gamification, retention and onboarding systems across a 15M-user base, keeping the product sharp and full of personality in an ultra-competitive market. Tripled profile completion to 75%, raising match quality across the board.

    Staycation

Founding product designer and 5th employee, reimagining short stays as unforgettable nights in the most beautiful hotels near you. Built the product and its design system from scratch as a two-sided marketplace across B2C, B2B and B2E, and grew it to €20M+ in annual bookings. Shifted mobile-first with 80% of bookings on the app, grew the hotel network from 50 to 1,000+, and scaled from Paris to Europe.
